WELCOME

We request your kind cooperation to ensure the safety of all the patients, visitors and personnel, and to facilitate the regular performance of all the activities of care and treatment.

VISITING HOURS

Visiting hours are from 1 to 2 pm and from 7 to 8 pm.

Multiple visitors are not permitted for the same patient at the same time (if multiple visitors wish to visit the same patient they can enter, one at a time, for a maximum total stay of 1 hour).

The medical-nursing team has the right to modulate and plan visitor access according to the individual, particular and limited needs of the patients.

INTERVIEWS WITH PHYSICIANS AND NURSES

Clinical news about the conditions of the patients will be given daily by the physician in charge of the ward at the end of the visit. Any additional interviews will have to be agreed on directly with the personnel.

RULES OF THE WARD

  • The Care-Giver must not have any symptoms that could indicate a possible infection with Sars-Covid19
  • Visitors are required to wear a mask when visiting immune-deficient patients.
  • It’s a good rule to sanitize your hands before entering the ward and/or room. There are bottles of hand sanitizer outside every room.
  • In particular cases, to reduce the risk of contagion, you may be asked to put on a sterile gown and gloves.
  • If you have any symptoms of flu, a cold, nausea, vomiting, dysentery, etc., please don’t come to the hospital.
  • The personnel may ask you to leave the room if necessary to treat your child or another patient, or to perform other procedures of care or assistance.
  • Please always speak softly.
  • You may use your mobile phone in silent mode.
  • For reasons of privacy, it is strictly prohibited to take pictures or videos.
  • For reasons of hygiene, please do not sit on the bed or place any personal belongings there, and do not touch any medical devices (intravenous drips, drainages, etc.). Contact the personnel for any need.
  • If you wish to bring the patient and food or drink from outside, ask the personnel first and follow their instructions.
  • We ask you please, for safety reasons, not to interrupt the physicians and nurses during the preparation and provision of therapy and during shift changes, except in cases of emergency.
  • It is essential to keep the patient’s room clean and neat, leaving the bedside tables and cabinets as free as possible of extraneous objects to facilitate sanitizing.
  • The cots provided for use by the parent can only be opened for use at night.
  • THE PLAYROOM IS FOR EVERYONE – PLEASE KEEP IT TIDY

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Do not bring objects of value such as jewelry or cash into hospital. The personnel are not liable for any losses.
  • People who fail to comply with these rules may be asked to leave the ward by the personnel because their conduct may be detrimental to the wellbeing of all.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Identity card, health service card of the child, any previous documentation (tests, examinations, previous hospitalizations and/or medical treatments).
